However, because computer monitors, mobile screens, and ambient lighting vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. Slight variations in color, density, and cut are normal and do not constitute a product defect.

3. Hygiene, Health, and Safety Notice
Wigs and hairpieces are personal hygiene products. For the safety and health of all our customers, we strictly adhere to sanitation guidelines.
  • Assumption of Risk: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product upon arrival prior to cutting the lace, altering the hair, or wearing the item.
  • Allergic Reactions: Fantasy Studios is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or medical issues resulting from the use of our products, adhesives, caps, or synthetic/human hair materials. Customers with sensitive skin or medical conditions should review the product materials before purchasing.

4. Custom and Altered Items Disclaimer
Any alterations made to the wig after delivery—including but not limited to cutting the lace, bleaching the knots, dyeing, toning, cutting, or applying excessive heat—are done entirely at the customer’s own risk. Fantasy Studios will not be held liable for damage caused by improper handling, styling, or customization by the buyer or a third-party stylist.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy Studios, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, emotional distress, or hair damage caused by improper application.

All content on this website, including product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and video media, is the exclusive property of Fantasy Studios. Unauthorized duplication, hotlinking, or reuse of our media for commercial purposes or on competing storefronts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.
